Shipping Information

  • Shipping is free when your order total is over $150
  • Shipping fee under $150 is determined by weight and will be calculated at checkout
  • All items ship within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email with tracking once processed
  • Local pickup is available in Austin, TX (south of the river). Please email invoices@styledaf.com to coordinate a pickup after your order is placed.

Returns

For RETURNS: Please read thoroughly and complete the return request form at the bottom of the page. If a return form is not received prior to receiving your merchandise back, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10%. 

For DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE items: DO NOT RETURN. Please email invoices@styledaf.com with the following subject: Damaged/ defective items from order# 

#styledaf By Danielle Amelia stands by their products and we hope that you love every item you receive. If a product you receive arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right, please email. If you are unhappy with an item for any other reason, we will gladly return it as long as the following conditions are met. We cannot accommodate exchanges, but if you would like to purchase a different item/ size/ color/ etc, please complete a separate transaction and proceed with return as described below. 

1. Merchandise may be returned if shipped back within 3 business days of original delivery according to USPS tracking. Items must be shipped back at the customer's cost in sealed, waterproof packaging. 

2. All returned items must still have original tags (if applicable) attached and in original packaging. Shoe boxes must be sent in another box for shipping in order to protect the shoes and packaging. If shoes are sent back with stickers and return labels directly on the shoe box or if the shoes are damaged, the return will not be accepted. 

3. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or other odors will not be accepted. 

4. Once your items is received, it will be inspected. If it is approved, a refund or store credit for the amount paid for the product will be issued within 7-10 business days. A credit or refund will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. 

5. When making a return, please include the original invoice or packing slip as well as any notes as to why it is being returned. 

6. The following items are not eligible for return and are FINAL SALE. 

  • Any and all discounted items (deals of the day, etc)
  • Any orders in which a coupon was applied 
  • Clearance items (ending in .97)
  • Items purchased in order to receive a free item (or the retail value of the free item will be deducted from the refund)
  • Holiday items
  • Mystery Items
  • Accessories (including hats, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, makeup, etc)
  • Bodysuits

7. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/ outdoor lighting and device screen resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to #styledaf is attempted. 

8. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference along with insurance. If the item is damage during transit back to #styledaf, a refund will not be approved. 

9. If you send an item back that does not qualify for a return or a return form has not been filled out, at 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit. Additionally, if we receive a return without a form, only store credit will be issued.
